This seasoning gives an excellent flavor to pork chops, pork ribs, and chicken grilled or cooked on a rotisserie. Many people like to use about 1/3 Oz. of seasoning to a pound of meat. For an enhanced BBQ flavor, hold the meat 4-6 hours at 40° F after seasoning before cooking. This seasoning may also be mixed with ketchup or commercial BBQ sauce to increase their flavor. The only rub I use . It is great on butts ribs and chicken. You just can't put anything better on whatever your smoking.

The best
I don't have a fancy set it and forget it smoker I'm still on propane. I have been using this rub for decades going back to the days of my old barrel smoker and I haven't been disappointed once. Pork Beef or Chicken you'll love it on them all. I never even think of using anything else.

AC Legg 107
A neighboring church sold BBQ Boston Butts for years. The Pit Master from the church would not reveal his recipe. Methodists can be hard headed. We finally captured him. Drug him into the woods and tied him to an old oak. We prepared sharpened bamboo splinters and lit one end. Just before sliding them under his fingernails, he decided to admit his secret was AC Legg 107. I really wanted to use the bamboo but it was worth it to discover AC Legg.
