Great balance of spices. Excellent flavor. Used it 50% venison/50% pork. Package was true to 25 lbs. Best Maple seasoning I have ever used.

awesome maple flavor with nice notes of sage. add some #6 if you want a little spice. But all around a great breakfast sausage seasoning. just finished making 25lbs and absolutely stoked to fry some up. Cant go wrong with this.
