I’ve used this blend since it first came out along with high temp pepper Jack cheese and it’s hard to beat. Perfect spice and heat.

Turned Out Great!
I added 1.5 ounces of dried jalapenos to make these spicier. Turned out with a little bit of a zing! I also added one ounce of the cure (sold separately) to increase shelf life. Turned out great!
