      This cheese is the same as other high temp cheeses I’ve bought, but this is much lower cost per pound. I’m glad I found sausage maker supplies. Looking forward to trying the vickers southern belle sausage seasoning soon!

      Ive bought high temp cheese before from other companies where a lot of the cheese is pulverized into small dust like particles. This cheese is in nice size cubes for sausage with minimal "cheese dust".

      I have used this cheese as well as the other flavors in my sausage recipes. This makes the difference. 10 -15 5 ratio is perfect.
