Craft your sausages with elegance using AC Legg's Mahogany 1.5" x 14" fibrous casings. These casings ensure a professional look and uniform cook, resonating with craftsmanship and quality.

These are non-edible fibrous meat bags that are used for making pepperoni or summer sausage.  The bags are made from high-quality materials and mahogany in color, with a venison head printed on the outside. The bags are string tied on one end and are ready to fill. 

Makes a perfect-size pepperoni or summer sausage, just like you find in the stores. Not an edible casing.

NOTE: Fibrous casings must be pre-soaked for 30 minutes in 80ºF to 100ºF water before stuffing.

All casings need to be pre-stuck (pin pricked) to allow for better smoking and eliminate air pockets.
